Q: Do you support PC and server hardware?
A: No. Working alone I simply do not have the facility to support hardware.  Buy your PCs wisely and you can get up to  three years warranty.  I will gladly assist in liaising with the manufacturer and any re-builds that are required.  I would recommend arranging support of your servers with the manufacturer.  This is usually cheaper and most manufacturers offer different levels of support at varying costs.

Q: What are your rates?
A: My daily rate is £450.00 + travelling expenses and VAT.  My hourly rate is £60.00 + travelling expenses and VAT.  For a weekend day my rates are increased by a third.  I review my rates at the end of each year.  So far they have not increased since I started the Company in 2006.  With the current economic climate I do not expect to increase these rates for 2009.

A: Yes. Our VAT registration number is 878 7882 35.
